Generative artificial intelligence has lowered the barriers to creating small educational web applications focused on a single learning objective. This article addresses how such applications can be created, published, and reviewed before classroom deployment. The study is framed as design science research, in which the main contribution is a lightweight pre-publication verification procedure supplemented by illustrative artefacts. The article outlines an AI-supported workflow for generating one-off applications and proposes a repeatable process involving specification, generation, local verification, and publication. A checklist synthesised from software quality, accessibility, and security frameworks is presented and demonstrated on four selected applications created in different tools and with varying deployment requirements. The contribution lies not in proposing a new learning theory, but in linking established didactic principles of short-term practice with AI-assisted development workflows and a practical minimum of technical quality control. The article shows that even simple AI-generated applications can be deployed more safely and reliably if they are systematically reviewed for functional correctness, usability, accessibility, privacy, security, and operational suitability.
